Overview
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made under a Business-to-Business (B2B) Research Use Only (RUO) agreement.
All products are strictly intended for qualified research institutions, laboratories and professional investigators. They are not intended for personal, household or consumer use.
Return eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for approval before shipping an item back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect
Inspect every order upon delivery and notify us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. When a return is approved, a refund may be issued and a new order can be placed separately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
Opened or used Research Use Only materials are not eligible for return.

- Verified shipping damage
- Fulfillment errors
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
All decisions are subject to compliance review under RUO guidelines.

All returns must be pre-approved. Pathway reserves the right to:
